Racine Country Club is seeking Servers to join our professional hospitality team. Qualified individuals will be friendly, responsible, motivated, and enthusiastic about providing an exceptional dining experience for club members.  Availability to work evenings and weekends is needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet each member personally with warm welcome
• Work as a team with all staff in order to maintain a positive atmosphere and exceptional food and beverage service
• Provide service to tables within a station, as determined by management
• Possess full knowledge of the menu of food and beverage offerings; take and deliver food orders at table in a timely manner
• Informing guest of additional options available to them through up-selling
• Anticipate member needs and offer your assistance proactively
• Effectively use POS system to process orders, prepare checks and accept payments
• Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the station and the tables, during and at the conclusion of the shift worked
• Clear and clean tables as needed, assist in setting up event space
• Adhere to the RCC policy regarding guest alcohol service guidelines
• Other duties as needed (we value teamwork)

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred
• Ability to take detailed orders & input/operate point of sale system accurately.
• Ability to prioritize duties and be proficient in accomplishing multiple tasks simultaneously with a good sense of timing.
• Availability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to walk and stand during entire shift
• Ability to reach, bend, lift, carry, and stoop
• Ability to remain stationary for long periods of time
• Must be of legal age according to State regulations to serve alcohol
• Age requirement: 18+

Salary and Benefits

• $8.00 per hour + gratuities
• Paid time off for full-time

Education

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)
